1.1. These regulations (hereinafter \u2013 Regulations) determine the procedure by which SIA “P\u0112RSE-L.L.K.”, reg. No. 40103077803 (hereinafter \u2013 Seller), carries out the sale and delivery of confectionery products to customers using the online website www.bekereja.lv.<\/p>\n
1.2. Seller details:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.3. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he\/she has read, understood and agrees to these Terms. The customer is not allowed to order products from the online shopping website www.bekereja.lv if the customer has not read and does not agree to the Terms.<\/p>\n 6. The customer places an order on the website www.bekereja.lv, indicating their name, surname, telephone number, exact delivery address and desired time.<\/p>\n 7. When placing an order, the customer is responsible for providing true and correct information.<\/p>\n 8. The customer is obliged to check the order before confirming it. Once the order is submitted, the company begins to fulfill the order and changes cannot be made.<\/p>\n 10. All prices on the SIA “P\u0112RSE-L.L.K.” online shopping website www.bekereja.lv are indicated in EUR currency, including value added tax (VAT). Services and products are sold at prices valid at the time of order creation.<\/p>\n 11. In addition to the price of the product, the Customer must pay a delivery fee for delivering the order to the specified address. The amount of the delivery fee is calculated before the final confirmation of the order, based on the delivery address and the order volume.<\/p>\n 12.Payment methods:<\/p>\n 14. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n 15. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. has the right to transfer the order to any person located at the delivery address specified by the customer, unless the customer has specified otherwise in the order.<\/p>\n 16. If at the time of order delivery, the courier is unable to deliver the order to the customer due to circumstances beyond the control of SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. (the customer cannot be reached at the specified address and cannot be called at the specified phone number), then he has the right to leave the specified address and return the goods to the company’s branches SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K.<\/p>\n 17. A customer who has paid for the order at the time of placing the order using cashless payments and has not received the ordered product for reasons beyond the control of SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K., as well as a customer who has violated the Terms, will not be refunded the money for the order. 20. The products displayed on www.bekereja.lv may not correspond to the products received in terms of shape and color, due to the nature of the technical means used to complete the Customer’s order, or due to other reasonably expected discrepancies.<\/p>\n 21. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. guarantees that all products available on www.bekereja.lv comply with the requirements set out in regulatory enactments and SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. quality standards.<\/p>\n 23. According to Cabinet Regulation No. 255 \u201cRegulations on distance contracts\u201d, the provisions of Clause 2, Sub-clause 2.4 do not apply to contracts for the supply of food products, beverages or other goods intended for immediate household consumption, which the seller frequently and regularly delivers to the consumer\u2019s place of residence, place of stay or workplace. Therefore, the customer does not have the right to unilaterally exercise the right of withdrawal and refuse to receive the order within 14 days.<\/p>\n 24. If the quality of the delivered goods does not meet the requirements of regulatory enactments or the quality standards of SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. or products that do not match the order are delivered, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order and return the order to the courier at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n 25. If the customer notices a discrepancy with the order or finds problems with the quality of the products after the courier has already left, the customer is obliged to inform SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. within 24 hours of receiving the order by calling +371 67298920 or by emailing martina@bekereja.lv.<\/p>\n 26. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K may not confirm the order or refuse to fulfill it if the order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of products. In such a case, SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K will contact the customer and agree on changes to the order or cancellation of the order.<\/p>\n 27. Money for returned products\/unfulfilled orders will be transferred to the customer’s bank account\/payment card from which the order was made within 5 (five) business days after the date of return of the product.<\/p>\n 29. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K may unilaterally make changes to these Terms.<\/p>\n 32. Discounts do not stack.<\/p>\n 33. Products are available while they are in the structural units of SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K.<\/p>\n 34.The Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and all disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n 35. If the client believes that SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K has violated the Terms or regulatory enactments and this has affected the client’s ability to exercise their rights and it is not possible to resolve such a situation through mutual negotiations, the client may submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Center.<\/p>\n 36. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. has the right to cancel any order if there is suspicion of a possible fraudulent nature of the transaction, the use of another person’s internet bank, payment card and\/or payment card data. The person guilty of such a criminal transaction may be held liable in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n 38.Customers’ personal data will be used for the purpose of placing and fulfilling orders and other obligations arising from these Terms and the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the processing of such transactions and the storage of information. \n18. Orders are delivered within the time interval selected by the Customer, in accordance with the order acceptance procedure specified on the website www.bekereja.lv. Orders for tomorrow are accepted until 14:00. Time counting begins when the customer receives the order confirmation. The customer is informed about the exact delivery time for each specific order by SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. at the time of receipt of the order. SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K. does not assume responsibility for failure to comply with the delivery time in part or in full, if this deviation occurred due to the customer or other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of SIA P\u0112RSE L.L.K.<\/p>\n19.
